You see the term “artisan” attached to many products these days. Artisan, in terms of baking, means breads are made with high quality ingredients; and without dough enhancers, additives or preservatives. They are hand-crafted and baked in small batches to improve texture and develop superior flavor.
Kaffeeklatsch is the German “coffee time”, where we have different cakes available by the slice. Join us every Sunday from noon to 3:00 p.m. for authentic German cakes.
In the summer we bring 5-7 types of fresh-baked breads to the Broad Ripple Farmer’s Market each Saturday. In the winter months, you can find us at the Carmel Winter Farmers Market and year round at Joe’s Butcher Shop.
